“Having used the Technical Support Service for a number of years, I can honestly say that the service we have received has been second to none, from the procurement and rollout of new computers to the management of the network.  Support incidents/repairs are always responded to in a timely fashion and have often had a technician arrive the same day.  The service also embraces new technology, with a shift in recent years to more mobile devices they have been able to procure, rollout and manage our growing amount of iPads including the rollout of any apps required.”
