Repair and Warranty Services
All of the computer equipment that we procure and supply to you through our ICT Hardware Replacement framework comes with a 3-year warranty
To reduce burdens on schools and academies, we maintain the relevant warranty records on your behalf and where a warranty claim is identified, we will liaise with the equipment suppliers to arrange a replacement or a repair to the device
For servers, we have a 4-hour call-out time – typically this will be a same business day call out
For other computer devices, for example, desktop or laptop computers, we have a next business day warranty in place
We commit to providing a coordinated response to warranty claims, liaising with suppliers on your behalf to ensure that you receive a timely resolution
For equipment that has been procured by you but is still subject to a manufacturer’s warranty, again, we will be happy to liaise with suppliers on your behalf to ensure a timely warranty repair or to secure a replacement item.
