Lightspeed Mobile Manager
Lightspeed is a Mobile Device Management solution that allows us to manage all of your Apple devices from a central console.
Once the devices are enrolled we can remotely configure and control all of your devices remotely with the click of a button. It also allows us to provide restrictions and policies depending on the relevant group they are associated to differentiate the needs of teachers and students.
Providing the portable device is connected to the Wi-Fi, we can monitor, track and deploy apps from the Lightspeed console.
We also have the ability to lock and remotely wipe devices that are lost or stolen.
Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP)
The Volume Purchase Program allows educational institutions to purchase apps and books in volume and distribute them to students, teachers and other employees. The program allows developers to offer special pricing for purchases of 20 apps or more allowing significant savings for schools and academies with shared devices.
Managed distribution makes it easier for organisations that are part of the VPP to distribute and revoke licences for people who no longer need specific apps, and provided the device is IOS9 or above you no longer require the individual Apple IDs.

For schools and academies that have a current subscription to the Technical Support service, this service is completely free of charge and the only cost to the school is for the purchase of the apps.
Google Apps for Education
The G Suite for Education (formally known as Google Apps for Education) is the core services offered to schools comprising of Gmail, Calendar, Classroom, Drive, Docs, Forms, Groups, Sheets, Sites, Slides, Hangouts and Vault.
To secure the best out of this cloud based suite of services, we have setup a Google Domain that integrates with your curriculum network user accounts.
You can access these tools from your current devices including Windows devices or alternatively we can enrol and manage Chromebooks on your behalf ensuring that the security is maintained.
Again, this service is completely free of charge.
